Our firm is dedicated to helping you in your lemon law or warranty dispute.  Dustin is the lead lawyer and civil litigator with the Fossey Law Firm, and has extensive experience handling lemon law claims, as well as other civil and commercial matters.  He spent years as an attorney defending many of the largest companies in the world, including a number of the largest automotive manufacturers, and now he uses his skills in part to help consumers like you.

His goal is always to reach the best result for his client in the most efficient manner possible.  He is dedicated to your success and will not stop until the job is done.  Dustin was born and raised in the Minneapolis area. He attended the University of Wisconsin Madison.  When not working, Dustin enjoys boating, spending time with his family, and if possible, escaping to a local golf course.

Along with his paralegal Jason, the two have a combined decades of experience, and will work tirelessly to help you achieve your legal goals.

How To Find The Best Lemon Law Attorney

When looking for the best attorney to handle your case, it is important to consider their educational background and work history. An experienced attorney will understand how to proceed with each individual case, by having the added benefit of knowing what has worked for them in the past. Make sure you choose an attorney that has received proper schooling, and has preferably worked in law for multiple years.

Single Focus

Many law firms and individual lawyers specialize in a certain area of practice. Work with an attorney who has specific expertise in the area you need. As for handling a lemon law claim, look for an attorney who has focused their profession on settling lemon law claims. They will know the ins and outs of the state and federal lemon laws, and know the best way to help you.

What are clients saying about their attorney? Before you entrust an attorney with your case, look at how previous clients have rated and reviewed them. This will give you a better idea of what kind of service you can expect from them. Cross-reference reviews on different websites to prevent bias.

Realistic Expectations

Make sure your attorney is not making lofty promises. Get multiple professional opinions, and don’t immediately trust the evaluation that suggests you will get the highest compensation in the shortest amount of time. Good attorneys should have sound reasoning and experience to make realistic predictions of what you can expect with your case.
